The decision to launch the operation of the Gullyver electric power plant was made and paid for by JSC "Oschadbank" itself on the evening of October 30, 2025, taking into account the liquidity of the extraordinary qualification and its own inability to take over the efficiency of managing the complex in the course of its function. At the same time, the lease of the complex and LLC "TRY O" were not taken away for this reason.

At the moment, all representatives of LLC "TRY O" have been found outside the complex due to non-admission or forced expulsion.
Taking into account the number of security guards employed at Oschadbank JSC, the establishment of a strict control-passage regime both at the entrances to the building and in the area of the offer - promotion and exit from the farm yard, as well as free supervision of each member of the team of LLC "TRY O", any damage, dismantling, disassembly, transfer or removal of equipment, mechanisms and/or installation of the complex is physically impossible. In addition, it would also be illogical, taking into account the fact that LLC "TRI O" is the owner's title in the legal sphere - I did not record the rejection of smaller volumes.

All incorrect statements of JSC "Oschadbank" about the stay of LLC "TRY O" aimed at closing the Gulliver TOK school, which it was going to command, improve and bring to the top ratings and, decided, was successfully crowned with success in satisfying its violated right of power to a new one - are not only absurd, but also illegal.
