A series of "Voice Lectures"

During June, Gulliver Shopping Center in partnership with Children's Voices charitable foundation will host a series of "Sound Lectures" covering important aspects of mental and emotional health. In addition, visitors will be able to take part in creative workshops for children and receive short individual consultations from the foundation's psychologists.

Already on June 15, 13:00 - 14:30 - the lecture "Psychological recovery" for teenagers will help them understand the process of recovery after stress. At the master class "Collaging "My Superpower"" teenagers will be able to creatively express their emotions and strengthen mental resilience.

June 16, 13:00 - 14:30 - the lecture "Self-help" for children will teach them the basics of self-regulation and stabilization. During the art therapy workshop, children will be able to use art to express themselves and improve their emotional state.

At the lectures and master classes within the series of events, it will be possible not only to acquire valuable knowledge, but also to apply it in practice.
