During June, Gulliver Shopping Center in partnership with Children's Voices charitable foundation will host a series of "Sound Lectures" covering important aspects of mental and emotional health. In addition, visitors will be able to take part in creative workshops for children and receive short individual consultations from the foundation's psychologists.
Already on June 15, 13:00 - 14:30 - the lecture "Psychological recovery" for teenagers will help them understand the process of recovery after stress. At the master class "Collaging "My Superpower"" teenagers will be able to creatively express their emotions and strengthen mental resilience.
June 16, 13:00 - 14:30 - the lecture "Self-help" for children will teach them the basics of self-regulation and stabilization. During the art therapy workshop, children will be able to use art to express themselves and improve their emotional state.
At the lectures and master classes within the series of events, it will be possible not only to acquire valuable knowledge, but also to apply it in practice. After each lecture, there will be a corresponding master class so that the participants consolidate new knowledge through creativity and practical tasks.
Lectures and workshops will be held on the 8th floor of the Gulliver shopping center.

The cost of participation is a symbolic donation of 300 hryvnias. All funds collected will be donated to the "Voices of Children" charitable foundation to provide psychological and psychosocial assistance to children affected by the war. The number of places is limited to 50 participants for each event, so we recommend you to register in advance. Donations can be made on location.
