Alexander Ponomarev is a Ukrainian singer, People's Artist of Ukraine, poet and composer, arranger and TV presenter, music producer. Almost 30 years ago, Alexander first appeared on the stage of the Chervona Ruta song contest, where he won first place. From that moment on, a series of his victories at competitions and festivals began, as well as a long and successful path in Ukrainian music, cinema and show business. To date, Ponomarev's discography includes 7 studio albums. He was repeatedly recognized as "The Best Singer of the Year", "The Best Pop-Performer Ukraine". Also a significant contribution to the history of Ukrainian show business, Ponomarev made in 2003, as the first representative of Ukraine at Eurovision in Latvia. In 2006, Alexander Ponomarev was awarded the title of People's Artist of Ukraine. Today Ponomarev is the founder and owner of the production center "Z ranku do nochi", which is considered one of the best in Ukraine, and in 2011 he became one of the music trainers of the show "Voice of the Country".
