Rimma Zyubina is a Ukrainian actress, television presenter, social activist. According to the magazine Focus, 2017, it became one of the 100 most influential women in Ukraine. Akhtym Seitablaev is a well-deserved artist of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, director, screenwriter, actor of theater and cinema. Memorable signs located along the streets of L.Ukrainka, Esplanadnaya and Sports Square. They are made of brass in the size of 30 to 60 cm, have a pointer to the winner's contribution (cinema, music, sports) and a QR code that leads to the project page and tells about the achievements of the laureate.
